WLA26 volunteer interest

Hello WLA alum! As you know, our program relies on alumni participation in several ways. This not only strengthens the network WLA creates, it also gives alumni the opportunity to contribute to the development of future WLA leaders.

There are a few ways we would love for alumni to engage with the WLA26 cohort. Please choose all options that you're interested in and we'll be in touch! Thank you!

I would like to volunteer for the following opportunities to support the 2026 cohort:

Reviewing WLA26 applications. Expectations: 1 virtual onboarding meeting (about 30 minutes) on Wednesday, June 3, at 2 pm ET/1 pm CT/11 am PT. 1 virtual reviewer meeting to surface considerations (1 hour) on Friday, July 10, at 1 pm ET/12 pm CT/10 am PT. Each reviewer will receive about 20 applications to review from June 4-22. We need at least 25 reviewers.

WLA coach. Expectations: Two virtual coaching sessions (about 1 hour each) with a cohort member, at a time of your convenience. Assignments by the end of September; wrap up second coaching session by mid-December.

Guest speaker. Do you have a training program you think would be great for the cohort? We are open to suggestions for both virtual and in-person sessions. Tell us a little about your idea in the form and we’ll keep your session in mind. Our programming needs can vary based on the cohort’s specific needs.
