Of the 100 attendee spots available, how many spots would @Sponsoring group like ONA to make available through the attendee RSVP process?

ONA will set-up an RSVP system for your event that can fill up all 88 attendee spots, or a smaller number of spots to allow you to personally invite ONA24 attendees (for example, the RSVP system can accept 66 attendee seats, leaving you 22 seats that you can invite personally). Regardless of the number of seats you set aside, ONA will also set up a waitlist once that number is reached. As the host of this event, you will receive both the RSVP and waitlist information.

ONA will set-up an RSVP system for your event that can fill up all 100 attendee spots, or a smaller number of spots to allow you to personally invite ONA24 attendees (for example, the RSVP system can accept 75 attendee seats, leaving you 25 seats that you can invite personally). Regardless of the number of seats you set aside, ONA will also set up a waitlist once that number is reached. As the host of this event, you will receive both the RSVP and waitlist information.

The guest list must be shared with ONA no later than Tues., Sept. 10 in order for ONA to manually add this event to the schedules for those attendees.

Because you are choosing to manage all of the available spots open for this reception, ONA will not send a filtered message to attendees.

The number of total guests attending this event cannot exceed 88 registered ONA24 attendees. Going above this number risks that additional guests cannot be accommodated due to space restrictions and may be turned away at the door.

No, we plan to invite guests ourselves and do not want to make the option to RSVP public.

The moment your event's RSVP process goes live, ONA can send a targeted invitation to a filtered list of ONA24 attendees based on your preferences, making them the first to learn about and sign up to attend. Historically, these invitations immediately fill up the available spots. You can opt not to send a targeted note, instead opening it to all ONA24 attendees who will receive a notification that additional RSVP opportunities have opened, including your event.
