I hereby acknowledge that I have received a copy of the Conflict of Interest and Code of Ethics policies of the Online News Association (the “policies”) and that I have read and understood its terms. To the best of my knowledge, except as disclosed below, I do not have a conflict of interest, as defined in the policy, requiring disclosure under the policy.
